Led by Captain Dana Rutland, the Savannah operation provides 24/7 services across Georgia waters, including towing, soft ungroundings, battery jumps, and fuel deliveries to BoatUS members. The company also offers salvage assistance and vessel recovery services. The operation maintains ACAPT certification and operates six response vessels.

The Tower of the Year award evaluated membership sales, digital dispatch response rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
